COMMISSION INFO

◊ Please make sure to read my Terms of Services Carefully before commissioning.◊ I am allowed to Decline a commission if I dont feel comfortable with the subject, this is to ensure good quality for what i do.◊ Prices will vary based upon complexity. Must provide complete Image reference materials, designing an entirely new character would have additional fee.◊ Additional characters would cost an extra 50-80% of base price depending on details and complexity.◊ After the colored sketch process, we have a maximum of 3 Revisions, further revisions would have additional fee.◊ Commissioned artwork are for personal use only.◊ Commissions based from Videogames, Anime, Gacha. i have the right to show them publicly in my social platform such as Facebook, Twitter, Pixiv.◊ I have the right to sell copies for these if in any case i decide to sell for conventions.◊ For Cancellation of commission please let me know within 48 hours to make room for commission slots.◊ Commercial use is 2x the original rates.◊ For Inquiry please contact me on my Twitter DM's or my Discord.

WORK PROCESS

◊ Please understand to ensure quality i prefer working on my own Pace.◊ Please give me atleast 4 days - 3 weeks to get to work on your commission. it may also take longer due to health or personal reasons.◊ I will provide update when there are any significant progress has been made with the commissioned project.◊ I have the rights to post WIP updates of your commission on my social media such as Twitter or my Facebook Page. you may request to that i don't post updates for the sake of privacy. (this may be subject to change).◊ I allow 3 major revisions during the drafting phase of the commission. pass the 3 revisions i will now charge extra for 20% additional charge based on the rates we have agreed upon.

WHAT COUNT AS COMMERCIAL USE

◊ Merchandise.◊ Art / Graphic made for shops or any business-related work/ original domain websites.◊ Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons, etc.◊ YouTube / Twitch assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad-supported sites/platforms.

What I'm willing to do

◊ I CAN do Original/Fanart Character Illustration
◊ I CAN do chibis
◊ I CAN do mechs and armor
◊ I CAN do NSFW/Sexual Acts.

What I'm NOT willing to do.

◊ I DON'T do Logo or Graphic Design
◊ I DON'T do detailed Backgrounds (yet).

TERMS OF SERVICE

◊ Payment method is commonly via Paypal i also accept Ko-fi, and WISE for International Clients. and Direct deposit via Bank Transfer or Gcash (Philippines).
You can choose if you'd prefer partial payment, paying upfront or paying after a sketch progress.
◊ The Illustration is strictly for personal use only.
◊ Commercial rights must be purchased as additional fee. for atleast 100$
◊ I have the rights to post commissions for gallery and portfolio purposes, asking for a private commission can be requested.
◊ An additional fee will be charged for designing a character by text description or collage of photographs.
◊ I strictly follow no refund Policy.
◊ I allow commission cancellation before or during the drafting phase of the commision. (please do notify me a week before the start of the commission or 48 hours during the draft phase).

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

When you commission you agree to the following:
◊ Please provide concise details of the commission at hand.
◊ Please provide Image reference for the commission. ( lack of image reference may have additional charges). 25$

CLIENT RIGHTS (PERSONAL USE)

You are allowed to use my art in the following way, given you credit and link to me
◊ Crop and resize for any social media use.
◊ You may Print it for yourself in any way.
◊ Any other personal uses that does not violate my rights and ownership of the copyright.

You are NOT allowed to without my consent:

◊ Color my sketches or linework.
◊ Paint over my work.
◊ Remove my signature or watermark.
